Park Rules
Reservations
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in starts at 12PM on the day of your arrival; Check-out time is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-in is allowed at any time (contact the office for instructions, or look for your “Arrival Info” text/email). Early arrivals and late stays are permitted but MUST FIRST be approved by management. To extend your stay, guests should notify the office as soon as possible to ensure availability.
Monthly Rentals
Monthly rentals will automatically renew using the payment method on file. Guest is responsible for notifying office of changes to payment method and duration of stay. LLRV requires at least 7 days’ notice of intent to depart, to avoid additional charges.
Vehicles, Parking, & Guests
Parking
Park RVs at your reserved site, only on the area designated for RV parking. Additional vehicles must be parked at YOUR site or in designated overflow parking areas. Do NOT park on grass or dirt areas at any time. Do NOT park at other sites or obstruct access to other sites.
Authorized Vehicles
No ATVs or UTVs allowed without permission. Limit of two vehicles parked at a space (contact office for exceptions). Cargo/flatbed trailers/boats are not allowed at your space (contact office for exceptions). Speed limit is 10 MPH.
Guests
Notify the office if any guests will be visiting during your stay.
Utility Connections
Water
Please make sure there are no leaks at your connections. Indoor water usage is included with site rental, as well as outdoor watering of pot plants and pets. Filling up a bucket to sponge-wash a vehicle is also permitted. But any other use of a water hose, such as washing/rinsing vehicles or bathing pets must be approved by the office with a $5 Water Day Coupon, good for one use. A spray nozzle must be attached to your hose. Guest is responsible for freeze prevention.
Sewer
Sewer connection included with rental. Do NOT deposit sewer/effluent onto the ground or concrete. Only deposit septic-safe materials into the system, as certain items can damage pumps.
Electric
30/50-amp connections available at each site. Electrical is included in the nightly/weekly rate. Monthly rate does not include electrical in the price. Any electrical usage will be metered and billed to the tenant at .11/kWh. Tenant is responsible for monitoring usage. Please leave all 20-amp breakers in electrical pedestals turned on at all times. Power outages/tripped breakers are not uncommon in RV parks, so please do not leave your pet unattended for long periods, especially during extreme heat/cold. Meters are read on the 15th of each month.
Wi-Fi/Cable/Cell
We do not provide WIFI or cable to the RV spaces. Guests must provide their own connection if desired. WIFI is available AT the office during business hours. Cell signal rating on site:
Navigation of Roads and Property
Signs
A site map can be located on our website or in the office. Site numbers are staked at each space and on electrical boxes. Observe directional signs to avoid sharply-angled maneuvers. To exit, follow signs/arrows to EXIT gate. EXIT gate will open automatically when you pull close. The ENTRY gate will NOT open from inside the Resort. Do not attempt to exit the same way you entered.
Boundary
Respect our neighbors’ privacy. To avoid trespassing on private property, do NOT cross any fences or cattleguards other than the entry and exit.
Your Space
Storage
Do not store items around or under your RV. Small personal storage units are permitted with approval from LLRV. Or talk to the office about renting a storage unit from LLRV. Keep clutter and outdoor items to a minimum.
Site Appearance
Your space must be kept tidy at all times. If your space becomes unorganized or trash is strewn about, LLRV staff will clean it up and you will be charged a cleanup fee. Outdoor items (bikes, toys, etc.) must be put away after each use.
Checking Out
Leave the space as nice as you found it. Any damages (holes, ruts, dog droppings, trash, abandoned property) will result in a cleanup fee. Dumpsters are near the exit. Do not leave trash at your space or you will be charged a cleanup fee. Any valuables left behind will be stored no more than 30 days.
Pets
Leashes
All pets must be restrained while outdoors, except when inside a dog run. Small portable dog enclosures are permitted with LLRV approval. Do not leave your dog tethered and unattended.
Clean Up
All dog droppings are to be cleaned right away, without exception. Do not leave droppings for others to smell or step on, regardless of the location. If LLRV staff cleans up after your dog, there will be a cleanup fee. Dogs are not allowed on the playground. Dog walking services available.
Behavior
Any dog showing aggression or barking excessively must be removed from the park. Only friendly and peaceful pets are allowed at LLRV. All pets must have state-required vaccinations.
General Rules
Respect Others
QUIET TIME is 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. NO loud music, loud vehicles, or loud voices/noises permitted during this time. Do NOT pass through the spaces rented by other guests without their permission. NO firearms, drugs, or drunkenness permitted at any time.
Fires
BBQ pits and elevated fire pits are permitted. NO ground fires at any time.
Laundry/Showers
Laundry/Showers are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Do NOT leave clothes unattended in the machines. Do NOT bring pets inside laundry houses. Do NOT bathe pets in laundry showers. If one of these facilities needs attention, please inform the office. Quarters are available at the office in $10 rolls.
Children
LLRV is a family-friendly Resort, but do not leave children unattended. No children inside the Laundry Cabins without a parent. Children caught vandalizing will be asked to leave. Littering will result in cleanup charges. Repeated offenses will result in eviction without a refund.
Potential Dangers
Flooding & High Winds
While uncommon, Little Lucy Creek CAN have high waters. Do NOT attempt to cross while the water is swift. Stay off the dam during high waters. High waters have never damaged vehicles or RVs at LLRV, but personal belongings CAN be washed/blown away during bad weather. Secure all outdoor items if this is a concern. Emergency shelters are available. Contact the office for more details.
Construction
LLRV may be undergoing construction/maintenance during your stay. Stay away from work areas, open ditches, material storage areas, and construction tools/materials/vehicles. Heavy equipment operators may have difficulty detecting vehicles/guests approaching from behind. Give sufficient clearance to heavy equipment. Do NOT attempt to pass near heavy machinery until the operator acknowledges you.
Wildlife
LLRV is a country resort. While uncommon, guests may encounter deer, raccoons, snakes, and other types of wildlife. Do NOT attempt to touch/catch/kill the wildlife. Insect spray/dusting in and around your RV is permitted.
Rights & Liability
LLRV reserves the right to refuse service to or evict anyone in violation of these RV Resort Policies of good camping, or for destroying/defacing property or creating a disturbance. At the sole discretion of management, LLRV can choose not to renew a month-to-month rental upon its expiration. LLRV is not responsible for fire, theft, injury, or loss of personal property by any accident or act of God. Guests and all other users of this property are liable for any property damages they cause. Use of this Resort is at the guest’s risk, and all guests must carry their own insurance.
